not in it to play 10 minute blues solos at you. They’re in it to show you a damn good

time, make the world a better place to be a part of and to have a helluva lot of

fun doing it.

In their now trademark Modwardian Undertaker© threads, from the minute you see them you know you’re in the presence of a band who take what they do seriously, so you don’t have to. Playing an eclectic mix from Creedence to the Clash, Tenpole Tudor to Fratellis, Eddie Cochran to Johnny Cash or from Prince to Elvis Presley, you never quite know what you’re going to get but they know you’re going

to like it.

There are no situations that booking the Thorvertones can’t make even better. Veterans of innumerable bands, we first got together in 2007 in the picturesque Devon village of Thorverton, which isn’t as quiet as it used to be.

Since then, the ‘Tones have been helping people to party across the county and have a hard earned reputation for delivering a raucously good time wherever and whenever they play. They won’t knock out all the tunes you’d expect – but they’ll play a whole lot of songs you know and love.
